how to register to PMP EXAM

Please, help me in how to register in PMP Exam in the folwing
1- which site should me register with pmi or prometric
2- how can i make Excel sheet for experience years
3- can you send me this excel sheet
4- how can i make my exam in arabic
5- which is better arbic or english exam from your experience?

you should register in PMI.org
1- Register first in the site, click register and input your information.
2- Join PMI and pay $129
3- Register for the PMP exam

You can get arabic support while registering for the exam.
Arabic support is usefull.
You should answer in english and look for arabic only and only if you don't understand some or all of the question.
As far you understand the question don't look at the arabic translation to save your time.
