time schedule approval

dear sir,

from construction project real life

i submit time schedule to consultant and he asked for some notes after that he approved that program by official letter

the project handover date is Jan 2009 but the new approved time schedule is Dec 2010

now passed three weeks after approval but honestly i found out he doesn't know about handover date

what can i do ?

in case of i need that period due to the fact he is not honnest when calculate the delay time which caused by owner or by him

i have a decision but i will not tell to get advises , and share our knowledge

Would you please confirm the dates?
Jan 2009 and Dec 2010!!!

more thing that a i have payment delay of 7 months ( 1st payment 4 months delay+ 2nd 2 months delay + 3rd one month delay)

How can you get a Historical Chart to open up with the current date and time in the End Time location of Quick Time when using the Absolute Time Mode?
