I told you that you should add the resources first in Primavera because normal export and import will not add new resources, it will only ammend the existing resources.
So you should add the required resources ad ID only in Primavera R1, R2 and so on, then you export, copy and paste in excel then import again.

Dear Engr. Khalied,
Thank you for your reply. I did as you mentioned at the end. I attached the excel fle I exported it from primavera and loaded the new resources but when I imported to primavera, new resources did not loaded in primavera. I don not know what is the reason? The file you sent to me is wonderful but unfortunately I do not have original copy of primavera.

There is no excel file.
Anyway, to import global data into Primavera, you may use the attached excel file.
For this file to work, you should install the SDK module of P6.
To install it, follow the following steps:
1. Place the P6.x CD1 in the CD drive and let it startup in autorun or go to the root of the CD in Windows Explorer and double-click on Autorun.exe.
2. Click on Install Client Applications.
3. Select Modify and click next.
4. Place a check mark in the box in front of Software Development Kit and click next.
Note: Do not remove any other check marks as this may cause other software to be uninstalled.
5. Click Install and follow the instructions.
If you have dificullties with the above, you can add the resources in P6 without any data, export to Excel (choose resource) , modify the data in Excel and import it back ito P6.

You do it on the update version before input th actual data to save your time.

I enclosed herewith copy of excel file and primavera project. I want to load resorces in excel file to the resource dictionary in primavera without write it one by one.
